Rachel C. Schreck is a graduate of the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. Prior to law school, Rachel received her undergraduate degree in Political Science with minors in International Studies and Spanish from Shippensburg University. While in law school, Rachel was a certified legal intern at The Children's Advocacy Clinic where she represented minors as either their attorney or guardian ad litem, which earned her the Miller Center Public Interest Award. Rachel also served as a comments editor for the Penn State International Law Review after her comment was selected for publication.

Since law school, Rachel has been practicing law in Franklin County. Her practice focuses on all aspects of family law, estate planning and administration, and real estate transactions. Rachel is also a licensed title insurance agent and a member of the Pennsylvania Land Title Association.
